Welcome to Future Me HQ. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Future Me HQ ("Future Me HQ," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the website at [futuremehq.com], the Future Me podcast, our newsletter, and any related content (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

When you share your child's dream, send us a message, or otherwise submit content through the Service, you keep ownership of what you submit. By submitting it, you grant Future Me HQ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and reproduce that content to operate and improve the Service.

You agree not to submit anything unlawful, harmful, infringing, or that includes another person's private information without their consent. Please do not include sensitive personal details about children in your messages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Atlanta, Georgia USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Atlanta, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
